New arrest in shooting death of Yosif Al-Hasnawi

Hamilton police say another arrest has been made is the shooting death of Yosif Al-Hasnawi.

Police have been seeking Dale Burningsky King, 19, who faces a second-degree murder charge, for several days. They recently released new photos of King in the back of taxi, warning the public he had changed his appearance.

James Matheson, 20, was previously arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Homicide unit Det. Sgt. Steve Bereziuk confirmed a new arrest in the case in a brief phone call Thursday evening and said more details would soon be released.
