Neighbourhood residents might be wondering why there’s a big cut in the road on East 23rd Street on Hamilton’s central Mountain, just north of Queensdale Avenue. We’ve got answers.
Just the facts:
• Crews from Navacon Construction were on East 23rd on Oct. 1 doing a waterline service upgrade.
• The one-day upgrade cost $4,216, and did not affect local water service.
• Traffic restrictions were in place for a few hours during excavation.
